SOLAR AIR HEATER: Description & classification, conventional air heater, air heater above the collector surface air heaters with flow on both sides of absorber to pan air heater, air heater, with finned absorber, porous absorber.
SOLAR WATER HEATER:Collection cum storage water heater, Natural circulation & forced circulation water heater, shallow solar ponds.
SOLAR CONCENTRATORS: Classifications, characteristic parameters, types of concentrators Materials in concentrators.
PASSIVE SOLAR HOUSE: Thermal Gain, Thermal Cooling, Ventilation.
ENERGY STORAGE: Sensible heat storage, Liquid, Solid, Packed bed. Latent heat storage.
